XXXVI Ordinary General Meeting (National Triennial Convention) and National Board Meetings 2023

The XXXVI Ordinary General Meeting (National Triennial Convention) is scheduled to be held on February 26, 2023, at 9:00 am, hosted by YMCA Madras, at YMCA Royapettah Branch, No.24, West Cottage Road, Royapettah, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600014, on the theme “Impacting Change”. As per NCYI Constitution, only Affiliated Member Associations (YMCAs) Not-in-default are eligible to participate in the Meeting.
As per past practice, a National Board Meeting will be held on February 25, 2023, and another National Board Meeting will be held on February 27, 2023. The venue for the National Board Meetings will be YMCA International Youth Centre, 6/74, Ritherdon Road, Vepery, Chennai-600007.
Registration Form/s must reach the undersigned not later than Friday, January 20, 2023 by 5:30 pm, with requisite Registration Fee.
Registration Fee:
- Rs. 500/- + GST 18% (Rs. 590/-) per delegate, for the National Board Meeting/s.
- Rs. 1,000/- + GST 18% (Rs. 1,180/-) per delegate will be charged, for the Convention; and for Common Delegates to the Convention and Board Meeting/s. For women and youth, Rs. 750/- + GST 18% (Rs. 885/-) Registration Fee per delegate will be charged.
